Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage client schedules, organizing meetings and ensuring seamless calendar management.
- Coordinate with the security personnel in charge of the client’s travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and management of meetings, handling all materials efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and expense management
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to tasks and thinking.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Resourceful and able to prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy with high proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within executive support or high-level administrative environments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
