We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. The candidate will be required to work 3 days per week from the office and handle critical financial and inventory responsibilities that support our operations and audit readiness.
This role goes beyond standard bookkeeping. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can take full ownership of keeping accounts accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for tracking inventory and contributing to financial process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Track and manage clinic inventory and stock movements
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual audits by ensuring proper documentation and reporting
- Use accounting software to manage transactions and generate reports
- Assist with payroll, petty cash, supplier payments, and tax compliance
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a healthcare, clinic, or retail setting
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and inventory tracking
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Experience supporting external audits is an advantage

We are hiring a Finance & Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in maintaining financial discipline, overseeing inventory, and ensuring a smooth, accountable work environment at the clinic.
This is an ideal position for someone who is confident with accounting and reporting, but also has the maturity and interpersonal skills to coordinate a team, calmly manage internal issues, and keep daily operations on track. While not a formal management role, it requires leadership, reliability, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring all accounts are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Maintain control over inventory and stock movement; monitor reorder levels and support procurement planning
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure timely compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory filings
- Provide light HR support, including maintaining staff contracts, tracking leave days, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding
- Monitor the validity of operational licenses, staff certifications, and institutional registrations to ensure ongoing compliance
- Be a point of accountability within the team, supporting a positive work environment and helping to address conflicts professionally when they arise
- Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity
- Support the clinic director in tracking operational follow-ups and streamlining workflow across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations (experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is an advantage)
- Proven experience in inventory management and coordinating with suppliers, including tracking stock levels, supporting procurement, and maintaining accurate records
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Emotional intelligence and confidence in calmly addressing interpersonal or operational challenges
- High level of integrity, discretion, and personal accountability
