About Company
The Centre for Domestic Training and Development (CDTD) is a Nairobi-based non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable girls and women, particularly those involved in domestic work, survivors of human trafficking, and victims of gender-based violence. Established in 2001, CDTD focuses on reshaping societal perceptions of domestic and care work, eradicating child labor, combating forced labor and human trafficking, and ending all forms of violence against girls and women.

🏆 Recognition
CDTD’s Executive Director, Ms. Edith Murogo, has been honored with the 2024 Trafficking in Persons Report Hero Award by the U.S. Department of State, acknowledging her efforts in combating human trafficking.
